What will you be doing?

  • Coordinating digital campaign activity with the marketing team including website updates, ROS, social media (organic and paid) and emails; producing briefs on messaging, copy and creative where necessary.
  • Ensuring each campaign has clear metrics to assess performance and return on investment, continually reviewing and refining campaigns as needed to maximise returns.
  • Post campaign analysis, reporting on findings and making recommendations for key improvements to campaigns and strategic direction.

  • At least one year’s demonstrable experience driving clear ROI from successful paid search, display and retargeting campaigns across platforms such as Google (GDN, PPC) Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Proven experience in tracking, optimising, and reporting on digital campaign activities.
  • A solid understanding of social media strategy across all major channels.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a project team and across multiple projects with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Effective budget management skills.

The right candidate will be bright, determined and high-energy; able to roll their sleeves up, take on multiple responsibilities, and have a strong desire to positively contribute to the success of the team, whatever it takes.

This is a sales role and the right candidate will have some experience working in sales, ideally selling marketing solutions.

Experience working in the higher education sector would be an advantage but is not essential.


What will you be doing?

This is an incredibly varied and rewarding role, which includes (but is not limited to):

  • Responsible for hitting or exceeding financial targets including creating, progressing and converting sales opportunities.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver the sales strategy
  • Proactively building relationships with key decision makers and influencers in allocated markets and countries.
  • Representing FindAUniversity and presenting our products effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Developing a deep understanding of the higher education system in the countries you are assigned.

Essential skills:

  • Ambitious, driven, proactive, and solutions focussed, plenty of enthusiasm and creativity, with a desire to work autonomously and part of the wider team.
  • Demonstrable success and experience working in a sales role. (minimum one-years’ experience).
  • Strong time-management, organisational and administrative skills. Ability to prioritise a diverse workload and hit deadlines.
  • Personable, presentable and articulate.

Desirable

  • Experience selling marketing or technical solutions and/or working with higher education institutions. (highly desirable)
  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent professional qualification / work experience).
