What’s the job?

We are looking for Account Managers to join our fast growing International team. Our customers are universities globally, who are looking to recruit students around the world to their postgraduate programs and PhD opportunities. The team are responsible for selling digital advertising campaigns on FindAMasters.com and FindAPhD.com, as well as exhibition stands at our successful student recruitment events.

You will receive comprehensive training in Sales, Account Management, customer relations and our products will be provided. You will be helping our customers outside of the UK, in planning their advertising strategy across our sites and contributing to our sales targets. You’ll be in regular contact with your customers, and have a positive and pro-active approach to managing their accounts, whilst seeking new opportunities for securing further business.

IT Support Technician

What is the job?

We're currently seeking an IT Support Technician to provide 1st line technical assistance to the company's employees and to maintain company systems. Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organisation, you’ll be responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware, along with diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.

Our 2nd line support is provided remotely by a local IT support company, and you will work closely with them as the on-site contact to analyse and solve any problems and escalate cases where necessary – a great opportunity to learn!

As a new role, there is plenty of variation, including the chance to work alongside our Web Development Team to help monitor and maintain our web server infrastructure and implement service improvements. You’ll also work with the wider group (Keystone Education Group) to facilitate the roll-out of any group-wide software/shared systems.

This position is ideal for a problem-solving, logical-thinking individual with great IT knowledge/skills and a strong desire to learn.


What will you be doing?

  • First line responsibility for the day-to-day end user IT support needs of the company, providing assistance in person, via phone/MS Teams

  • Be the key on-premises contact for our contracted IT support company, liaising with them when required.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Use market insights & data analysis to build & execute integrated tactical student marketing plans which reach agreed strategic targets and ensure professional brand standards and key messaging are met.
  • Play a full, active, and strategic role in the team to report on marketing activity, market research findings, and advise on appropriate tactical changes, as necessary. Share knowledge, best practice, and experience with colleagues to further build and improve broader marketing activity. 
  • Measure performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insight, assessing against goals, and making optimisations accordingly. Write and present reports (written and verbal), to the Senior Leadership Team on marketing activities and results.
  • Manage external supplier & partner relationships with media and advertising agencies/companies, taking a holistic view across student marketing to maximise synergies and cost savings.
  • Check, improve, proof, and provide a critical eye for all marketing assets and copywriting. 

Candidates MUST have:

  • Two years minimum in a marketing role 
  • A marketing qualification(s) e.g., through the Chartered Institute of Marketing
  • Proven experience developing and delivering marketing strategies and operational plans to achieve positive results against specific business objectives and targets.
  • Excellent communication skills & experience providing sound marketing advice & ideas to colleagues across the business. 
  • A diplomatic approach to stakeholders: internal and external, you must be persuasive and resilient. Effective budget management skills.
  • A critical eye and keen attention to detail.
  • An analytical approach
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise own workload and work to tight deadlines

Essential Skills:

  • Polite, presentable and good telephone manner
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, ability to work within a small team and on your own initiative.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all members of staff, building relationships at all levels.
  • Have the ability to be resourceful and proactive with quick problem-solving skills
