Postgraduate taught study is uniquely situated in relation to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. Masters-level programmes may appeal both to recent graduates wary of an uncertain economy and to workers viewing a return to further training as one way to mitigate the impact of that uncertainty on their current or future career prospects.

Our new report provides detailed insight into prospective students' attitudes towards postgraduate taught study in 2020 and beyond. Data is based on analysis of responses from over 600 participants, all of whom are specifically interested in Masters-level study. The results reveal the impact of the coronavirus in shaping new and existing study intentions whilst examining how students feel about a range of study options for the coming academic year.
