Keystone Education Group is hiring a Finance Support Associate to contribute to the company’s finance function. We are looking for a talented and self-motivated person to join our Finance team. As a part of our international and professional team, you will keep track of customer contracts, maintain an up-to-date invoicing system, and communicate with customers regarding accounts and payment matters. You will also work closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver operational and analytical support. The working language is English, knowledge of other languages is a benefit.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming contracts on a day-to-day basis.
- Generate and distribute invoices and credit memos.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries, and prepare vendor forms.
- Assist with month closing and sales reporting.
- Follow up with customers to help cash collection.
- Provide insight to optimize day-to-day workflow both within the Finance team and between departments.
- Contribute to various projects / tasks within the team.
Job Requirements
- You are interested and passionate about working in a performance-based culture.
- You have a Higher Education degree, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
- You are a proficient user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- You are familiar with technology and are able to learn new tools with ease.
- You can organize and prioritize different tasks, and work in an efficient manner.
- You maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- You are comfortable with delivering results under time pressure.
- You have good problem-solving and communication skills.
- You can work independently with little supervision as well as with a team.
- You have a minimum of 2 years full-time work experience.
- Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite is a plus.
