Revamping the Client Experience: Exciting Updates to our Admin Systems

We’ve got some exciting news to share with you! Our web team have been busy behind the scenes enhancing our Admin systems for both FindAMasters & FindAPhD, to make managing your postgraduate listings easier than ever before. We’ve taken your feedback onboard and introduced some great new features along the way too.

Firstly, we’ve improved the navigation by introducing a collapsible side menu which makes it easier to move between different sections and also improves your experience when using smaller devices to edit your content.

Have you noticed our new look too? Over the past 12 months we’ve been working on a company rebrand – and our admin systems now reflect our new look. You will notice our new logo alongside a bright new colour palette. Clients advertising on both our sites will now find it easier to differentiate and toggle between FindAMasters & FindAPhD with their unique green and blue colour schemes.

FindAMasters

On our FindAMasters Admin System, we’ve introduced a handful of new features including:

Improved search and filtering

You can now search and filter your courses, videos, student profiles and scholarships to make it easier to find what you’re looking for. What’s more, you can now search for all of your courses from the top navigation bar, making them easier to access and edit.

Showcase your university

Have you included several videos on a course page, but feel there’s a particular one that showcases your university? You can now set this to be the first video to show by default when prospective students view your course listings.

Last Minute Courses

It’s now much simpler to add application deadlines for your courses with last minute intakes in September/October and January. You can also set these dates in bulk across multiple courses too.

Easier to add and edit courses

We’ve changed how selecting a subject works when adding or editing a course – you can now search and select the most relevant subjects in a more streamlined way. You can also open the course description in full screen mode, so editing lengthy descriptions has become easier than ever.

FindAPhD

Over on FindAPhD’s Admin System we’ve implemented the following changes:

Lead export functionality

You can now export your leads effortlessly across individual departments or the whole university for streamlined lead management, allowing you to import them into your own CRM.

Improved dashboard

We’ve revamped our dashboard to give you a better oversight of your listings with improvements to both searching and filtering.

Bulk editing

To save you time, we’ve introduced a new feature allowing you to edit and renew your listings in bulk with ease. This allows you to change project funding statuses, application information and deadlines with a simple interface.

Improved navigation

We’ve changed where you can find your projects and programmes, and placed them under a handy new tab called ‘listings’. What’s more, you can now find managing users, research groups and credits under the ‘manage’ tab to make these easier to find.

Our revamp reflects our ongoing commitment to deliver a cutting-edge platform that enhances satisfaction and productivity for all users.

We hope you enjoy these new updates and features, and this is only the start – we have more exciting features to release throughout the year. If you do have any questions, please reach out to your Account Manager who will be happy to help.

If you have any thoughts you’d like to share once you have had a chance to experience the new system, then please fill in a feedback form for FindAMasters or FindAPhD.
